For your convenience, many of our products are available through our
online shop. We accept all major credit cards and have a large stock of

subject to change without notice. In addition, sales centers and
distributors outside of the US incur shipping costs and taxes and most

Terms
Net 30 days with credit
approval. Contact us for further information. All shipments are delivered EXWORKS Dunedin, Florida, USA. For all shipments into
Florida, we are required to charge sales tax unless
a valid resale certificate is received prior to shipment. Please fax
signed resale certificates to our Accounting
Department at 727.734.0957. Commodities, technology or software exported from the United States
are in accordance with the Export
Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to US law prohibited.
Warranty
Ocean Optics spectrometers are built to last and are backed by our exclusive
3-Year Warranty for typical applications and
use*. Our warranty covers defects in manufacture for a full 3 years from
the date of purchase. It does not cover failure due to accident or
abuse.
Our extended warranties cover any failure by any cause. Learn more

*Custom-built spectrometers, educational training systems and units
sold as remanufactured or used typically come with a full 1-year
warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Ocean Optics accessories and peripherals are also covered for one
full year.

MasterCard® and VISA® credit cards.
Shipping
Shipping charges are the responsibility of
the customer. All orders are shipped via UPS
Ground, unless otherwise requested. Customers may
reverse shipping charges to use the carrier of their choice.
