The
OptoTemp 2000 was designed for reliable operation in the harshest
chemical and electrical environments. This fiber optic thermometer
is unaffected by microwave/RF radiation and plasma and can measure
temperatures up to 950 ºC.
The OptoTemp 2000 features patented technology for
a monolithic single-crystal temperature probe that eliminates the
need for unreliable mechanical coupling. It measures temperature
using the information derived from fluorescence decay.
